Directly before the front door begin beautiful footpaths and trails. Heading eastwards by foot you can reach the golf course within 10 minutes. Immediately behind it you find the swimming and wellness center called the “Cron4”: Free entrance to the indoor and outdoor swimming-pools, reduced entrance to sauna and wellness. Walking in the evening going west to “Michelsburg” castle you can experience the sun setting behind it.

In wintertime, South Tyrol’s number 1 skiing mountain, the Kronplatz, is an obvious choice! With the finest modern lifts and more than 90 km of the finest preserved ski runs the mountain is the most appealing centre of attention. A free coach bus brings you to the valley-station 900 m away. The bus stop is right in front of the hotel.

Practically right before the front door the toboggan run starts from Haidenbeger. Within 10 minutes distance you can reach the cross-country skiing trail and the skating rink.
